Save up to 50% at over 2000 courses!

head down…eyes on the ball…left arm straight…and dont forget to swing your hips…

if this continues, then be sure to move the ball back a lil so your making more complete contact…

Get the inside approach swing trainer, after swinging w/ it, you will hit a straight shot or even a draw. It helped get rid of my slice.

paint a broom two different colors on each side. Then start i on one side and a impact point try and make your hands flip the broom so you see the other color.

Really think about get the clubhead square with you target at impact. If you do that no matter what you swing the ball will always go strait

2 things cause a slice, open clubface at impact or out-to-in swing path. Separately these can cause a slice, but together it can get really bad.

    Clubface open tips:
-close(turn to the left or front foot) the clubface at address
-Keep the clubface at a 10-11 o’clock position at hip level, inessence have the clubface pointing slightly to the ground
    – strengthen your grip, turn your hands on the club to the right
    – at address lean the club shaft forward where your hands are infront or right above the ball, not behind.
    - bow the left wrist at impact like a backhand in tennis

    Swing path tips:
    – have the feeling of tucking the right elbow in the downswing
    – try to make your divots point to the right
    – move your right foot back 1/2 to 1 in behind your left instead of being aligned at address
    - practice hitting shots with your left foot way behind your right ( just the opposite of the last tip ) for exagerrated practice of the inside swing path feeling.
    - put your headcover above, just to the right of your ball and do no hit it.
    - have relaxed arms, especially the right arm, and try to hit with just your hips.

Hope these make sense and maybe help.

I had a bad slice and I found one little thing that corrected it. Take your left hand and wrap it around more to the right side so the shaft is in your fingers instead of the palm of your hand.
